When I am all up in my head, and forget to ground myself – things start to get out of control really quickly.

Instead of living from my heart… I start living from my head. And that is not how I want to live my life.

So when Kylie asked the other day to share some quick and easy grounding techniques that I use when things get a little bit crazy, I jumped at the chance!
